WHAT WE NEED: Good People with Guns!

There are bad people – very bad people – in the world. The massacre at Fort Hood is the lastest evidence of terrorism aimed at the U.S. But there are also good people – very good people.  Good, brave, heroic people like Sgt. Kimberly Munley who took down Malik Hasan before he slaughtered anyone else.  But in order to protect the good people from the bad, we can’t be defenseless. We can’t be unaware. We can’t be shy or hang our heads, already defeated. We have to stand up, be politically incorrect, and tell the truth. We need to stand up for the Second Amendment and pound away at the fact that Americans need to take their own safety and the safety of the ones they love into their own hands. That is the mission of the wonderful guys at carrysafely.com and Kapguns.com. And God Bless them that they stand up everyday for freedom. 

It was a wonderful day of shooting with these great guys and I hope to do it again soon. Watch the video to see what happens when you hand a guy like me a firearm…All I can say is thank God these serious gun professionals were on stand-by!

Police Search Scene at GOP Candidate for Comptroller’s Office

 (CHICAGO) – At 3:30PM on Sunday, William J. Kelly, candidate for Illinois comptroller and his campaign manager, Steve Ruggiero, arrived at their campaign office at 1000 N. Milwaukee to discover it had been forcibly broken into. 

 Missing items of political relevance include ward maps with campaign strategy, volunteer information and lists. Other missing items include fax/modem equipment, champagne and cigars. Kelly has filed a police report and the police have dusted for fingerprints and are searching for possible suspects.

 Kelly has been an outspoken critic of U.S. Senate candidate and Obama money man, Alexi Giannoulias. Kelly produced an ambush video on Giannoulias and his ACORN-tainted SEIU endorsement that has irked members of the Giannoulias campaign.  ”The police are conducting an investigation; we don’t know if the break-in was politically motivated, however, politically sensitive items were removed from our office. Regardless, this campaign is and always has been a campaign of reform vs. corruption. If anyone thinks that this break-in will intimidate me, they don’t know me very well. In response to the attacks by Rich Miller’s Capitol Fax blog, Illinois Comptroller candidate William J. Kelly writes:

“Since Tuesday, Rich Miller’s Capitol Fax blog has been attacking me and my campaign for Illinois Comptroller without the opportunity for counterpoint. We produced a video piece questioning U.S. Senate candidate Alexi Giannoulias on the appropriateness of his SEIU endorsement and its ties to ACORN. It is interesting that a well-known political writer like Miller would resort to ridicule to devalue and undermine free speech – mine or my supporters i.e. outsiders capable of real reform. Regardless, I see no reason to play by the rules, especially when the truth is not being told. That is supposed to be the media’s job. I will make no apologies for being aggressive on behalf of the truth.”

“Miller wonders why I focus my attention on Alexi Giannoulias when I am running for Illinois Comptroller? It’s simple. Substantively, all of Illinois’ problems can be traced to the deeply rooted culture of nepotism and political entitlement by the sons and daughters of senators, bank presidents, assorted elites and hacks. As treasurer, Giannoulias has messed up Illinois’ finances and now he wants a promotion to the U.S. Senate. But anybody that has had to live and work in the real world knows that when you lose $85 million, especially for Illinois families, you are in no position to ask for a promotion. Alexi’s deputy treasurer, Raja Krishnamoorthi is already an announced candidate for Illinois Comptroller. The circle of insiders has to end in order for Illinois to have real reform and that story is not being told.”

“The media will attack me as just a TV host trying to be a politician. However, I have been an anti-tax advocate and activist for years. I could be very happy to sit back and continue to grow my TV projects that I have worked very hard to create. Unlike many in the Chicago inner circle, nothing has been handed to me on a silver platter. BREAKING NEWS: KELLY CONFRONTS GIANNOULIAS ON ACORN-TAINTED SEIU ENDORSEMENT

Bold and mischievous, conservative TV producer and candidate for Illinois Comptroller, William J. Kelly takes U.S. Alexi Giannoulias to task on his ACORN-tained SEIU endorsement. Kelly asks: “You are seeking and have accepted the endorsement of SEIU. Don’t you think it is better to do an investigation of SEIU first? Under what circumstances would you consider returning the $? Under any circumstances?” Kelly doesn’t let him off the hook. When Alexi can’t take it anymore, he hides behind his two female assistants.  “It is time for the Comptroller’s office to review and investigate through internal and external audit Illinois ACORN-SEIU shells and affiliates now to ensure that public monies are not supporting criminal or illicit activity. Illinois voters want reform and they want it now. They are sick of mob-style political tactics. They are fed up with corrupt politicians and their corrupt special interest groups like ACORN and SEIU.

 SEIU and its ACORN program, “Muscle for Money” have been used to blackmail, bully, extort, and threaten American companies and businesses in return for cash. A similar program was used by ACORN to block entrances of banks refusing to issue sub-prime mortgage loans and that led to the collapse of the U.S. housing market.

 Every Illinois candidate or organization who received monies from ACORN or SEIU should purge their accounts of these ill-gotten funds and donate them to people in need. We have a budget shortfall and Illinois residents are hurting. The time is now…to reform, rebuild, and…redeem Illinois.”
